Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1 to 3 working days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days, please contact support@ricos.uk with your order number.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact support@ricos.uk within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes.

Missed or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional postage charges may apply for redelivery.

Unclaimed or returned parcels held for over 30 days will be refunded minus original shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your parcel appears lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly. We will assist where possible.
