ORDERS & DELIVERY

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days.

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days once dispatched, while Express delivery usually arrives within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you haven’t received your tracking link within 3 working days, please email support@ricos.uk with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — we currently ship within the UK only.

However, international shipping is something we’re working towards for the future.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@ricos.uk

Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes — but you can return unopened items in line with our Returns Policy.

What happens if my order is delayed or missing?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@ricos.uk

We’ll investigate with the courier and keep you updated.

If your parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — you can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used grooming products.

To start a return, email support@ricos.uk with your order number and reason for return.

What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs, once verified.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days, back to your original payment method.

Please allow your bank or card provider extra time to complete the transaction.

Are RICO’S products safe for all hair and beard types?

Yes — our beard oils are formulated for all hair and beard textures.

Each blend is made with high-quality, natural oils designed to soften, nourish, and promote healthy beard growth.

Where are RICO’S products made?

All RICO’S products are made in the UK and tested in accordance with UK Cosmetic Product Safety Regulations (EC) No. 1223/2009, ensuring they meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

Yes — our beard oils are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.

How do I use RICO’S beard oil?

Apply a few drops into your palms, rub your hands together, and work the oil evenly through your beard and the skin beneath.

Use daily for best results, ideally after washing when your beard is slightly damp.

How should I store my beard oil?

Keep your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Ensure the lid is closed tightly after use to preserve the fragrance and quality of the oil.

ACCOUNTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest.

However, creating an account makes it easier to view your order history, save delivery addresses, and track future orders.

Do you offer subscriptions?

We’re currently developing a RICO’S subscription service — allowing you to receive your favourite beard oils on a regular basis at a discounted rate.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes — new subscribers to our mailing list receive an exclusive welcome discount.

We also run seasonal promotions throughout the year.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Only one code can be applied per order.
