How much does postage and packaging cost?

Only pay one postage charge no matter how many items you buy as long as you pay for them at the same time! Free shipping on all additional items in the same order. We can post overseas, EU is £3.99 per order, for other destinations, please contact us.

When will my purchases be posted?

We will always post your items as soon as possible after payment has been made, either same day or next day. Items bought on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday. We fully understand that you wish to receive your purchases quickly, we always confirm by email when your purchase has been dispatched and pride ourselves in our speedy delivery service. We use Royal Mail to dispatch all of our orders.

What if i'm not happy with my purchase?

We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase so in the unlikely event this is not the case we urge you to contact us immediately. We offer our 7 day money back guarantee on all our products or if you require we will always exchange your purchase. We want all our customers to enjoy their shopping experience with us and we will do our utmost to make sure you are 100% happy and satisfied.

Yes. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

• All UK orders placed before 2pm will be shipped out on that day, any after 2pm will be shipped the following working day.
• Free shipping on all additional items in the same order.
• We use Royal Mail to dispatch all of our orders.
• We post to the UK at £3.50 for standard delivery.
• We post to the UK at £4.99 for Tracked 48 delivery.
• We post to UK at £8.99 for priority next day delivery before 2pm.
• UK Delivery is normally within 24 hours of your order being placed.
• Items bought on Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday.  
• We also now offer Click & Collect option for UK only, you can send your parcel to a local store and you can collect within 10 -14 days after the store has received your parcel.

• Rest of the World is normally within 7-14 days of your order being placed.
