1. Our Promise
At RICO’S, we take pride in crafting premium grooming products designed to elevate your daily ritual. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right in line with UK consumer law.
2. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it.
- You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the items.
- Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, email support@ricos.uk with your order number and reason for return.
3. Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to hygiene and safety regulations (Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations), we cannot accept returns of grooming or cosmetic products once the seal is broken or the product has been opened.
This ensures product integrity and compliance with UK Cosmetic Product Safety laws. Returned goods are never resold or restocked.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a short-term right to reject goods that are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at support@ricos.uk within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, once confirmed.
5. Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty or sent in error, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as RICO’S cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
If approved, refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned goods via your original payment method.
Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
To arrange an exchange, contact support@ricos.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Opened or used beard oils or grooming products
- Gift cards
- Promotional or complimentary items
9. Summary of Your Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You are entitled to:
- Cancel online purchases within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Return faulty goods within 30 days for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
