The grooming industry wasn’t built for us.

We deserved better.
So we built it.
Growing up, there was no blueprint.
We went to the hair shop.
Picked up black castor oil.
Hoped for the best.
It worked.
But it was greasy.
It was heavy.
And it didn’t elevate you.
When I spoke to friends, the story was the same.
We weren’t lacking effort.
We were lacking education.
RICO’S closes that gap.
